How this works: Steps to Take Now

1. Reserve coaching before the deadline

Use the button below to reserve your 1:1 coaching package before 12/31. This holds your spot and ensures you don’t miss the opportunity to use your work benefit if it applies to you.

Once you reserve, you’ll immediately receive my Quick Start Checklist so you can begin preparing right away.

2. Confirm your work benefit

After reserving, check with HR or review your benefits to confirm whether your company covers professional development, communication, or public speaking coaching.

If you’re unsure how to describe the coaching, I’ll provide simple language you can share with your company.

3. We adjust — or refund — as needed

If your company:

• covers the full amount

• covers part of the amount

• doesn’t cover coaching at all

we’ll adjust accordingly. That may mean:

• applying the covered amount

• issuing a full refund (no questions asked)

• or moving your payment to the next calendar year

My goal is to make this feel straightforward and fair.
